Shipping

Please review your shipping, contact, billing, and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank.

Standard Shipping & Expedited Shipping

US customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 7-10 business days. If expedited shipping is selected, customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 2-4 business days.

Canadian customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 10 business days. If expedited shipping is selected, customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 3-6 business days.

International customers can expect to receive their item(s) in 25 business days or less. International customers are responsible for any duties associated with purchase.

You’ll receive a shipment notification by email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about an order, you can also contact customer service at 1BA@onebeatapparel.shop.

Please note that US customers receive tracking via USPS

Returns

We only process returns or exchanges for items that were damaged upon receipt (damages include faulty printing, tears/holes in item, or if you received a size that was different from what you ordered.)

If an item is returned as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped.

If your order is canceled before you were charged, you may see a pending authorization on your card that will ultimately disappear from your account in a few days. You will not be charged for the order.

If your order is canceled after you were charged for the order, we will refund the amount paid to your original payment method. Please allow your financial institution 3-5 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) to fully process the refund.
